I've found bin parts to be horribly expensive - to the point of scrapping the bin and buying new. Last I checked, each panel in the cone for a 6' 6" bin is $165 (x4), and that was 7 years ago. If it's badly rusted, the rest of it is likely not great either, and it'll get your feed wet and spoiled. The leakier it is, the wetter the feed will get, the faster it will rust. Check for rust at the bottom of the sheet that connects to the cone. You won't see it until you're in the bin.
Having said that, you might try hogslat.com. I think they have parts for Pax. They're usually about the most competitive, and they also sell their own brand of bin.
