There"s a simple fix for that WC shift lever...the little toggle by the knob is a stop, so it doesn"t go far right and allow for reverse. Follow the rod down into the shift tower and you"ll find a broken pin. If it"s working far left gives first and second, far right gives third and fourth. Pull the toggle, go farther right for reverse.
