Ya, he hasn't used the tractor in over 10 years. He has a 1066 IH he does most of his work with.
I am just trying to help my dad out. I keep asking him what he wants to do with it, but I know he just can not afford to fix, but I can. He feels weird with me offering to help him out, but seeing it sit seems like a huge waste of money and space.
