Mike, I found a video on my Dana 44. Jeep and Jaguar uses it. It was very helpful. I think I can get it done the right way. My limited slip disks broke, damaging the gears. Pic is a small amount of the metal filling I've removed. Impossible to remove bearings without a special puller.
The old carrier on the right, New carrier on left. I need to make new carrier same height as old. Another video shows easier way to get this done. I'm learning a lot watching others rebuild dana rear ends that have no crusher washer or crush spacers.
