i recently had to have the power steering cylinder rebuilt as seals were leaking; re-installed it/topped off hydro fluid yet when i start it up the wheels will not turn(and will not when not running). steering wheel moves easily but wheels do not move. i may have reversed the 2 lines going into the cylinder-would that cause this problem? can anyone explain which line goes where? from what i can see there are 2 hydro lines coming from engine-i believe the one in front connects to the right hand port on the cylinder. if i have them on correctly, then what is the problem? air in lines? thanks in advance for your help!
