I would guess most 3-point backhoes are open center. Your 4020 is closed center, so you would need to find one with closed center valving or find/purchase a closed center valve(s). A self-contained one would be best. As has been posted, a PTO pump and reservoir can make one self-contained fairly easily and may be more cost effective than changing valves.
