I have found several post on this site about installing power beyond on a 1965 4020. I just to make sure all of the info I have read , Im understanding correctly so I do not damage my hydraulic system. Im wanting to add a backhoe to my 4020 and run it off the tractor hydraulic system. I need to add power beyond, so do I just tee into the line by the brake valve for my pressure line and add another line to the filter housing for my return line? Both lines would be connected to quick couplers on the other end to operate the backhoe. What size lines would you recommend ? Are all 3 pt backhoes closed center valves? It does need to be closed center right? Thanks for anyones help in advance, great place to get that accurate info.
