First, it's actually a MHF, as the company hadn't yet consolidated into the current MF name, etc. The other guys are correct to check it out. On the surface of what you say, all else equal, it is a very good buy. But the key is whether the tractor has good engine with little to no smoke of any kind, good hydraulics (lift all way up with load), pto works good, steering good (and it's hard to check the steering with a loader mounted as this is not a PS tractor I assume). How is the sheet metal? That's expensive to replace. The last really big item, and it is really big, but obvious, is the tire condition, especially rear tires. I'm putting two rear tires on a TO-30 right now, with fluid, mounted, new tubes, and it will run me slightly over $500 at Farm Bureau rates. Just check it well.
