I wouldn't think it was necessary to remove the loader either except there is a cover on the hydraulic pump that appears to be an integral part of the front of the tractor. It appears that in order to get access to the cover, you'd have to remove the loader. The backhoe is attached to the loader so that would have to come off too. I think I'm going to have to go with a sectional belt. I'm not too concerned about durability since it isn't under heavy use. Kevin Thurston
