3-pt What's the best way? Any tricks?

I just recently acquired a Ford 8N w/bush hog, 5' blade and post hole digger. I don't have much experience with 3-pt. What is the best way to get these things hooked up? I seem to always have trouble getting the tractor straight back to the impl., and end up wrestling with the arms and/or impl. Trying to hit that pin into the ball end gets a little tricky by yourself. Is there an easy way? Does anyone have any tricks? Thanks in advance!
