Suggested Manufactories for Metal Buildings

Anyone have any suggestions about the "Brand" of metal building to buy?

I'm looking to acquire a 40 by 50 ft by 12' high square walled metal building for the coastal North Carolina area. It will have one roll-up door (10 x 10) and one walk through door. Will also have some type of insulation and a vent system (it gets hot here).

Any ideas or "real life" stories about metal buildings. What should someone be on the lookout for?
