I put up a 30'x40' prefab metal building myself manufactured by Mueller Steel Buildings, but I believe they are only in Texas. It gets quite hot here also, average about 25 days over 100 degrees per year. My building is insulated and has a white roof. Even on the hottest days, the inside temp does not rise much if any above the outside temp. I put in a 10x10 door on each end. If I am working there in the summer, I just open both doors and the breeze blows thru. I put a large window AC unit thru the wall, but never use it unless I am doing outside work in the summer and need a place to go cool off.
