Engine kills

I have an Int. 2500B with a gas engine (C200) that starts and runs fine for 15 to 30 minutes then begins to act a little like it's out of time and kill's. Just before it die's, if I pull the choke out, it will momentarily even out but still die. Letting it sit for at least 5 min's. will get it to run for a short time (30 Second's) but it will still do the same thing. I tried draining the carb and sediment bowl but neither one looked particularly dirty. Could this be a fuel pump problem or something electrical? Any idea's out there?
