What great advice. It took a while to digest it all. I realize that the rototiller is probably the right tool but want to have some fun on a toy tractor. Perhaps a rotiller, cultivator, snow blade in front and brush hog. possible a loader in a few years. I currently have an old Cub Cadet 100 that I love but wanted something a little bigger. My day years ago had a Ford 801 - wonderful tractor but bigger than I want - wife will kick me out of the house. The small Yanmar sounds like it is the right size. By the way I heard that John Deers are simply Yanmar's painted Green and Yellow. Could they possibly be a parts source for Yanmars? I also heard the following: John Deer = Yanmar Cub Cadet = Mutsubisi (spelling ?) IH, Ford = Shibaura or Iseki Northern Tool tractors = China Diesel Which is the best to get? I would love a live rear 540 PTO that turns in the correct direction. Thanks
