I'm glad you are haveing such good luck with your Deutz tractors. They've been good tractors for me too. Personally, i don't think their ugly. I kind of like the brighter spring green color they use. Deutz won a "safety award" for that color when they started useing it long ago. Because the Europeans use their tractors on the roads so much, it's considered an "easy to see" color, makeing the tractors safer on the road system.
The "new" air/oil cooled and the liquid cooled Deutz tractors still use their OWN engines, with mostly SAME from the bell houseing back. In fact, Deutz engines are the engines used in the Fendt tractors! I never hear any complaints about the engines in the Fendts!
