trans oil

I'm changing the transmission oil for the first time in my 52 farmall. My local tractor dealer sold me a New Holland Hydraulic fluid oil product(314) which has a viscosity of a 10W 30 oil. He said it would be fine in my tractor, but knowing that the specs in my manual call fo an SAE 80 I was wondering if this would be o.k. Any help would be appreciated.
