I disagree with Dick2. You should educate your wife so she is not a victim. This takes great amounts of time and patience but the first time SHE gives he!! to a service guy with the knowledge and sense you helped instill in her, it is all worth it. Did your wife know that you installed K&N filters? Don't get me wrong my wife still makes lots of stupid mistakes when it comes to servicing cars but she tries to learn from them. I would definately give the muffler shop SHUT for doing it. T hreaten them with the "taking advantage of a women" thing. Are there any TV shows or newspapers that do the "Exposee" thing in your area? Report it to them.
