HI Bob, I said that I think I have the correct distributor, but now that I think more about that, I am only guessing that I do as mine is a VF4d engine and I have the even numbered cams, I also have a VH4d engine, and that has the odd number cam, so I figure I have the correct cam....but I may not, Any suggestions, I think I could turn the engine by hand and watch to see when each cyl is at TDC then see if the rotor is pointing at (or near that plug) as it is timed now and runs 27 degrees advanced...would you agree?? I have the manuals and timed it per the manual ( run at more than 1800 rpms and time to 27 degree mark) I could find no mention of the two differant distributor cams in the manual, but sure enough, they are differant between those two engines. Thanks for your help. Bruce
