Cheapest running diesel

I was wondering what you all think is the cheapest running diesel tractor. I don't mean just running the longest on a given amount of fuel, but maintenance, parts, etc. I'm looking to upgrade from a 42 Farmall H to something larger to handle pretty much all farm tasks. Looking for something that has 30 plus hp, Live pto, Live hydraulics, 3pt. hitch, and possibly power steering. A Farmall 560 diesel fit the bill, i thought, but color is no object. thanks for any and all info.
