Charlie; Thanks for keeping us updated on Dillon. He seems to be doing well by your post. If I may I would like to ask a few questions. It seems to me he had brain surgery for blood clots. I would assume that has gone very well since he knows every one. (No brain damage ??) He had a broken hip and a messed up foot. I remember you saying they had to take his foot; but how is the hip healing. Will he be able to walk ?? Or is it to early to tell ?? I have not sent a card but now that he is awake more I would like to send him a small toy or something. I feel cards are great but I think a 8 year old would rather a toy or a game. So tell me what is this 8 year old into. Toy tractors????? Computer games??? Sorry it has been a few years since I have had a 8 year old around. Also please tell his parents we are still praying for Dillon and wish him the best. John
