Does that pump have a cast pulley or a tin pulley if it is a tin pulley it is a good idea to replace the hub i have seen thoes hubs come off when used the second time but the cast pulleys can be used over. You should be able to pull that pulley off with a 5 or 10 ton puller attatch the puller legs to the bolt holes they are not on that hard. When you install the new bearing be sure to press on the outer race only if you don't the bearing will not last.
