I just had 2 telemarketers call in the past hour. Very frustrating. Asking for a local donation is different, but how many places call them for a donation every day? Every school, church, youth orginization, ??? I think you got your answer, I would leave it at that. If you stop in & are actually buying something, mention the deal you have, and you will get much better results. A cold call from you is pretty easy to ignore, as well as letters or faxes. You haven"t personalized it, so they probably don"t feel like going to any extra effort either. If this is some sort of combined dealership, then there is probably one manager getting 5 times as many calls now, but profit margins have dropped to 1/5 of what they were in the "good old days." It would be nice if he called back, but you coulda done a better job asking. Kinda break even on all that...... --->Paul
