Checked my supplier this morning and only fitting available through Weatherhead is a fitting that will crimp on 3/8" inside diameter two wire hose. The actual fitting is 7/8" square with a 5/8" hole and a seat for a 3/4" o-ring on both sides. I make hoses in my shop and will gladly custom make a hose for you if these fittings would work.
