OT : Truck troubles

Got any 86 Ford F250 with some real issues. it won't let me drive it. I have no power going to the fuel pumps, I thought toasted relays, nope. I think the power is not coming out of the main power modual from inside the dash.

Are there any tricks to get around this problem, like boosting the system with juice from some where else ??? or could it be a sensor of some sorts. Im at a lose and out of idea's and to poor to tow it to a repair shop.

Any idea's would be great.
