again dan thats because LAWYERS pick the jury.. they pick WHO they want... ( cousins practice in Detroit) they do not want ANYONE that can think for themselves--- because they tend to UNDERSTAND SOME THINGS>. as for that now.... the state of MICHIGAN in teh 1930's had a law that fenders have to be on farm tractors... hence the reason there are fenders at all.
