1987 F250 Tranny Oil Cooler Lines

I have a 87 F250 4x4 and the automatic tranny oil cooler steel lines have a couple pin holes in them and are leaking. Can buy premade lines to replace them and where can I buy them or can I replace the steel lines with rubber tubing with appropriate fittings?
