Very interesting is the Mormon Trail Museum in North Omaha. There are dioramas depicting pioneer life in the area and on the trail West. It is free but I am not sure of the hours.
Going East on I-680 take the last exit before the Mo. river bridge. Go about 10 blocks South and turn right. The museum is at the top of the hill on the left. There are signs to direct you where to turn. Ed

Third Brush Generators - by Chris Pratt. While I love straightening sheet metal, cleaning, and painting old tractors, I use every excuse to avoid working on the on the electrics. I find the whole process sheer mystery. I have picked up and attempted to read every auto and farm electrics book with no improvement in the situation.
