Sounds like a great way to suck the fun out of an affordable family hobby. I personally would rather see an old H that some teenager and grandfather poured their time and tallent into even if the end result was somewhat of a mess, than pay for some proffessionally restored item. I tend to loose interest fast when items climb out of my price range anyway.
