My dell is 2 years old,2 months ago the hard drive went out,the powersupply went out last week,just got it back yesterday.Dell has no customer service to speak of,and if you can find someone that can speak english they say return in in the original box and you might get it back in a couple months.I ended up paying to fix it myself,around $268 so far.I"ve been looking for a backup machine,figure I might as well buy one from walmart the warranty couldn"t be any worse. Walmart sells emachines,compac,and Hp computers. I"ve tried comparing prices at other stores,but they all have different number computers made by the same company.The HP computer numbers on the walmart computers don"t even come up on the HP web site.
