I'd like to say that customer service has taken a back seat to company's over-inflated numbers on Wall Street, but it's just gone out the window. If you happen to recieve customer service for your money, that's strictly incidental, you got a freebie, or so it would seem, across the board. By the way, I've tried to deal with Wells Fargo when trying to aquire a reposessed farm. They don't exist. Tried their website - impossible. Called their corporate office - "voice mail jail", no call back. Even went to the Wells Fargo mortgage place in town, and the lady trying to help me ran into the same brick wall, and she worked for them, using their corporate Email. As it stands, my state of Indiana leads the nation in foreclosed properties. I wanted the farm, tried to help them get it off of their books, would've even offered them fair market value, had anyone cared to talk to me in the first place. Oh well, I have my farm, and they still have theirs. I somehow get the impression that a business loss (through mismanagement or...) is just as lucrative as a profit, as a tax shelter. Mark
