I'm not real sure just how the monthly payment thing works, but my understanding is that the payments are to be made to pay pal, and pay pal will pay the seller the full amount. You might be able to get some answers by going to eBay's seller central. I have a Ford pick-up truck listed right now, It is my first attempt at selling a complete vehicle. I hope it is not a learning experience.
