The fuel filter is "in line"..

Fuel hoses were clamped on with spring claps, I changed to screw hose clamps to get a snugger fit.

This thing has be baffled...shouldn't be this difficult. The leak has to be on the tank side of the fuel pump. With new lines, what else could be wrong?
