Start off easy make sure it has enough fuel in the tank(s). I can't let my 88 Diesel get much below a 1/4 in either tank. Fill each tank to at least a 1/4. From there work your way through the fuel system. Water seperator check for fuel in the filter -- bleed it and drain water. Crack the injectors to bleed them as well. If its not running better already. (You'll have the air filter off at this point so check that as well.) Above based on obvious of checking coolant and engine oil. Post back when you get it figured out.
