If you cut that off and that center tounge out too it should work fine. Just be sure to move the square tube in far enough and gusset and also angle some heavy iron braces from existing bumper forward to frame so it won't fold under with heavy tongue weight on it. I've done several of the el cheapo bumpers by cutting out the center and ended up with something heavier than could be bought. If that's a air tank type bumper you have now and mounting irons are only welded on outside you need to start over or find something else though because it will pull off. Check junk yards and might find something ready to go?
