OT; 2003 grandam coolant leak

Hi guys, wifes has a 2003 grand am with 55,000 miles, small amount of coolant is dripping out of the passenger side engine area...after she parks, I get 1 drop per day. I cant track down where it is coming from, probably water pump???. If it were an older car or tractor i'd do bars leak in a second, but with this new pinkish-orange antifreeze and being it is a "newer" car, I hesitate a bit. My experience with bars leak or prestone radiator stop leak is about 9 times out of 10 it works great, and saves $$$. But with this newer car, anyone got any concerns about me using it.???? Thanks!
