Let me attach the Gresen valve first. Do you have a casting number? Also I think you are proably refering to a Gresen single spool model 400 valve. If so is the pipe plug on the left side of the handle or what do you really call the end of the valve. If that is what you are refering to iit is the plug that holds the relief valve in place.If this is a normal GM power steering pump there is also a relief valve inside the pump. Are you running a reservoir. What amount of flow and pressure are you really looking for? For the flow you have 3/8 inch or maybe even 1/4 inch work port hoses would do just fine. There are rules of thumb or engineering guideliness for selecting the sizes of your hoses. More questions.
