We have 3+ inches of ice/sleet/snow here in Bremer county with about 1/2 inch of actual pure ice on top of that. Just started snowing here about 3 pm. Power has been on and off all day. Just finally came back on after having been off for about 45 minutes. Lights have actually quit flickering so maybe it will stay on for good now. We are supposed to get 13 to 20 inches of snow by 6pm Sunday. Wil
