We've been running Martin row cleaner's on two different JD 7200 planters since '01 and personally I wouldn't plant corn without them. Even in worked ground the row cleaner's make a smoother path for the row units to pass over. About a third of our corn is no-till, a third is minimum tilled (inline ripper in the fall followed by a Phillips harrow) and a third this year will be corn on corn (disk chisel in the fall followed by a Phillips harrow)and the row cleaner's work great under all of those conditions. You could try Dave Moeller at Moeller Ag Services in Keota, IA for used row cleaners. He is the largest Martin dealer in the country and may have something like that available.
