Generac 25kW PTO Generator Problems

I have tried to find out where I can get parts
for this generator. I have called Generac and
they have no idea about this product. I found
out they have restructured and bought by someone
else. Does anyone know if anybody has parts
for this generator, or who could help. It will not
hold its field. I have a neighbor who can get it
to run by putting dc voltage from a 1000 watt
Honda generator to the sator windings and get
full power output, but the voltmeter will not work.
