Yes and No. If your tank is inside, then gelling shouldn't be a problem. As others have said, filtering is key. Bio tends to swell the seals that dino tends to shrink. My guess is that is what happened to that other furnace.. BTU's are almost identical between Bio and Dino. Bio also has much higher cleaning ability, so a dirty,marginal system may plug up after all the gunk grom the tank and lines is loostened up. My main concern would be algee. Most Bio has the glycerin removed, helping with any groth problems. If straight veggie oil is left for a long period it can start to grow algee or go rancid. So if you fill the tank and it sits for 6 months or so befor a refill I would recommend AGAINST it, but if you fill the tank every 3 months or less, then you should have no problems at all. If your tank is outside, I wouldnt suggest using Bio until spring unless you also add an anti-gell product...at 1 1/2 normal strength to the Bio. I am looking into converting my whole farm over to Bio I grow and process myself, so anybodys thoughts would be welcome to me too. Mike
