I farm for a living full time.

The only time I trade or buy equipment is to make my operation more money.

Whether it is in time savings or to get higher yields.

I am looking to buy a different corn planter right now.

Don't know if I can afford a new one that will last the rest of my farming days or by a cheaper used one that may cause me down time with breahdowns and poorer seed placment.

Takes a lot of pondering to make what I hope will be the right decision.Also wieghing into the decision is being able to find used with all the options I want on a planter.

But if money did not matter I would buy a new planter and a new tractor to pull it.
