Horses are in a sorry state right now if owned by down and out people.The Economy is going bad and Animal Feed is going out of site for cost, so Animals do not get fed and cared for as much if at all. Every day the Sheriff and Animal Control investigate Cases of Animal Abuse but it is usually to late for some of these poor creatures.
