LOL, sorry but thats sort of funny. You have a tube inb that tire and because of that it could be leaking any place and all the nut sort to thing is, is to hold the valve stem so you can air it up. You need to brake the tire down, pull the tube out and fix the hole. For the most part there is only one place air can escape and that is the stem hole but that does not tell you where the hole is
