Been there done that. Last summer saw a ad for NH68 baler. Just so happens I need another for parts. Price was right so I was not even concerned if it worked. I called and said I would take it. I told him I needed to run to Mora and drop off some stuff but would pick it up on the way back. He said ok. Of course it was gone when I got there.
He said the WIFE sold it. Now I dont know about you. My wife is not selling any thing with out talking to me 1st.
I was not mad though. Disapointed yes. I should have went there 1st and gave him the money. Then went to Mora.
Now if I was going to drive 90 miles to look at it. Maybe I would be Poed if he didnt call me.
I might have made the comment. At least you could have bought me a drink 1st before you let me have it.( using different words ofcourse)
