i had made plans last nite at 9:00, to go and look at a sawmill today the guy said he would be home from work at 5:00 , i said great i will be there between 5:00 and 5:30 he said that would be fine. So i quit working early today drove 90 miles, got there at 5:25. i said hi, is this the place with the sawmill? he said its been sold, my wife sold it this afternoon. I said &^$%*&*^^***^. ok then and left. How does everybody else handle these situation. I always say someone else is looking at it tonite, i will take your name and number and call you if they are not interested. anyway anybody know where there is a sawmill for sale near dubuque iowa. I am lookking to add one to our show this year. needless to say i am a bit frustrated
