Ok I learned that putting my dt 466 in my dodge ram 1500(1998 4wd automatic) isnt a good idea because that engine is just too heavy and big. I also have a 3 liter 5 cylinder mercedes diesel. How hard would that be to put in. I understand that it would be easier just to buy a truck with a cummins already in it, but i want a fun project to work on. Any ideas? Where can i get a bell housing adapter? etc?
