Here's the senerio.Have a drainage ditch that runs through my neighbor's property and then through mine.This time of the year it has water laying in it.He comes over to my property with his yuppie back hoe and digs out my ditch,making a mess.Pissed me off and I told him so.He said he was worried about mosquito's.Now he wants me to kiss his arse,or he's going to fence in the property line.I told him "fences make good neighbors."The nerve of some people.
