My Model 70 Winchester bolt guns typically group inside of 1/2" at 100 yards off the bench. My .22-250, in particular, has a 16X scope; using reduced-power loads it will put bullets through the same hole all day long at 25 yards.
My M14 will typically stay within 1 inch at 100 yards with handloads, assuming I do my part.
