I got the mains on that thing set right this morning. They had the 2/1000 clearence but wouldnt turn, so i stuck an extra pop can shim under there. Now it turns like it did before i tore it apart. OK, replacing bearings has to be the most frustrating thing i've ever done, but theyre coming along nice now.
Next Problem:
I have no clue how to fit a shim for the rods. Mains were big with space on all sides of the bolt, which isnt the case here. So how is this done??? Heres a rod
