Yup, I did what you said. I drew out a tractor tread as I visualized it looking from the front of the tractor (with an arrow for direction), then laid it down like it would be when driving it and looked at the lug lines (and direction arrow) from the other side of the paper and my toboggan hill footprints hit me right in the eyes. Somehow I could never visualize that until I drew it out. Amazing!!! I might mention that I did run into an old fella once selling a Farmall M who had his treads reversed and if I remember correctly he told me he was always (for whatever reason) backing up hills on his farm. I'm not sure why. See ya and thanks.
